Torrent many seeds but can not download

You can check this: uTorrent shows 2 numbers for seeds/peers, for example 5(46) which means there are 46 seeds/peers, but only 5 are connected (and can upload files to you).
Generally qBittorrent is underreporting how many seeds and peers there are, and in some cases reporting there are 0 seeds and 0 peers when in fact there are hundreds. I tried pausing and restarting the torrents, forcing a reannounce to the tracker, and removing and re-adding the torrent, and it didn't clear up the problem. After I made that I thought that it would be if I could remove all the dead torrents by checking how many seeds/peers are available according to a particular tracker. Now I still have to wait for three days on a torrent. Anyway it is worth it. The explaination here given does make me understand why it all is. Torrent Seeding Meaning; I've heard a claim that a torrent with zero seeders can actually be downloaded in a finite amount of time, because not all people subscribe to the same torrent file, but you can still find them using other techniques such as DHT. It is a low seeded torrent, most likely the existing seeds have their own connectivity issues. Or have tons of other clients connecting to them so they get maxed out on connections (meaning you might have to just leave the torrents loaded waiting to complete download.. eventually..). Or just look for another torrent with more/better seeds.
